Yard Goats rock Molina, beat Ponies 9-7

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – The Hartford Yard Goats rocked Binghamton starter Marcos Molina for seven runs in 4.1 innings pitched in front of a crowd of 6,654 at Dunkin Donuts Park to beat the Rumble Ponies, 9-7. Patrick Mazeika and Jhoan Urena each collected three hits in the loss. Mazeika hit his fourth home run of the season. Urena also recorded three RBI. 

Tim Tebow went 1-for-3, raising his batting average to .247. 

Final score: Hartford (18-13) – 9, Binghamton (14-14) – 7

Binghamton and Hartford conclude its three-game series Wednesday night at 10:35 a.m.
