Tebow hits double, West tops East in All-Star Game

TRENTON, N.J. (WBNG) — Tim Tebow went 1-for-4 with a double and a strikeout as the West topped the East in the Eastern League All-Star Game in front of 8,296 fans Wednesday night at ARM & HAMMER Park.

After nine innings, the game was tied at four. A unique extra innings home run derby was used to determine the winner.

Altoona’s Will Craig outlasted Reading’s Zach Green to give the Western Division the All-Star Game victory.

Levi Michael went 1-for-2 with a triple and a run.

Patrick Mazeika went 1-for-2 with a single and a run.

Daniel Zamora allowed one hit and two walks while striking out two in 1 1/3 scoreless innings.

David Roseboom pitched a scoreless 1/3 inning.
