ENDWELL (WBNG) — An Endwell woman faces a felony resulting from a crash involving her vehicle and a limousine in the town of Union, according to state police.
Troopers say Tricia Wooden, 50, struck the limousine on Taft Avenue the night of September 12.
The limousine was backing into a driveway with its hazard lights on when troopers indicate that Wooden was traveling at an unsafe speed and hit the limo.
According to state police, Wooden’s BAC was .18 percent and the limo driver was not at fault.
The limo driver was taken to Wilson Hospital for several serious injuries, including broken bones and organ damage.
Wooden was charged with felony vehicular assault and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She is due back in Town of Union Court on Tuesday.
We have tried to reach Wooden, but our efforts have not been successful.
