VESTAL (WBNG) — Working out took a turn for the spooky on Saturday morning at KW Fitness in Vestal.
With Halloween right around the corner, clients traded in their shorts for costumes, trying out exercises like the scaredy cat, Frankenstein and dead bug.
Each month, KW Fitness chooses a different cause to workout for, this month proceeds benefited the Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network.
In order to participate in the workout, participants were asked to make a donation of their choosing.
“It’s because of our community that we are able to stay in business and it’s something easy we can do to be able to support the community that supports us,” said KW Fitness Owner Kevin Webb.
For the past 25 years, Mothers and Babies has provided services like prenatal care, infant development and postpartum depression to the Southern Tier.
