BU women only score 13 points in first half of fifth straight loss

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — The Binghamton Bearcats women’s basketball team could only muster 13 points in the first half of a blowout loss, 63-39, at Dartmouth Monday afternoon. The loss is the fifth straight for Binghamton. The Bearcats trailed by 23 at halftime. It was Binghamton’s final non-conference game of the season.

Freshman guard Hayley Moore is the only Binghamton player to reach double digits in scoring, finishing with ten.

Kai Moon did not play in the game for the Bearcats.

Final score: Dartmouth (7-6) – 63, Binghamton (5-8) – 39

Binghamton opens America East play on Wednesday, January 2 at Albany. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
