ELMIRA (WBNG) — On Friday, the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office announced it has arrested a person for a felony offense in Elmira.

The sheriff’s office says it has arrested 30-year-old Kyle Lynn Bradley as a fugitive from justice, a class D felony offense of New York State Penal Law.

According to the sheriff’s office, Bradley is an inmate in the Chemung County Jail on unrelated charges and is wanted by the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania.

Authorities say Bradley was arraigned on the Fugitive From Justice charge in Chemung County Court and was remanded to the Chemung County Jail without bail.

The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office says Bradley is wanted by Pennsylvania authorities for failure to appear in court for a marijuana offense.
