B-Devils strike trade for forward Alex Krushelnyski

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — The Binghamton Devils have acquired forward Alex Krushelnyski in a trade with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for future considerations, the club announced on Thursday. Krushelnyski has two assists in 20 games this season with the Phantoms.

The 28-year-old has six goals and 13 assists in 106 career AHL games. He’s played in 188 ECHL games in his career, compiling 69 goals and 112 assists.

The move comes after a slew of promotions from Binghamton to New Jersey.

Binghamton is on the road Friday for the first of two straight games against the Charlotte Checkers. Puck drops at 7 p.m.
