B-Devils fall again to Rochester, losing streak climbs to 6

ROCHESTER (WBNG) – For the second straight day the B-Devils fell to Rochester, this time, 6-1. The loss is the third in as many days and brings Binghamton’s losing streak to 6.

The Americans scored three unanswered goals in the first period including a shorthanded goal. Evan Cormier was in goal for the Devils on Sunday.

Nikita Popugaev scored the lone Binghamton goal in the second period. It was his second goal in as many games.

Final score: Binghamton (24-34-5-0) – 1, Rochester (38-18-3-2) – 6

Binghamton is next in action on Wednesday when the Devils travel to Hartford to take on the Wolf Pack. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m.
