B-Devils snap losing skid

LAVAL (WBNG) — The Binghamton Devils snapped a 10 game losing streak Wednesday, beating Laval on the road, 5-1.

The B-Devils opened scoring in the second period on a Blake Pietila goal. They would score two more in the period from John Ramage and Nick Lappin.

After Laval got on the board in the third period, John Ramage would score his second of the night, and a Brandon Gignac breakaway goal would finish off the Rocket.

Cam Johnson had 21 saves in net, for his ninth win of the year.

The B-Devils return home Friday against Springfield, with a special appearance from WWE’s Mark Henry.

Final score: Laval (28-29-6-6-) – 1, Binghamton (26-37-6-0) – 5
