Partly cloudy to clear skies take us into the overnight hours. It will be a chilly night with lows in the 30s to low 40s. No widespread frost is expected, but there is a chance we may see an isolated incident of it. Winds will be light out of the north.
Thursday brings some sun and high clouds early in the day with thicker clouds later in the day. Highs will still be able to reach into the mid and upper 60s. Most of the day is dry, but we are keeping a slight chance of a couple showers in the forecast after about 7 or 8pm. Rain chances increase substantially overnight. Overnight lows into Friday morning will be around 50. There could be some heavy downpours.
A low pressure will move into the northeast Friday and bring widespread rain. A cold front moves through late in the day and this will cause some heavier rain to develop along with provide the instability needed for perhaps a thunderstorm or two. The precipitation chance is 90% with highs in the 50s. Rain continues into the early overnight hours Friday and moves away for Saturday.
Saturday will be chilly and breezy under clouds and sun. Highs likely stay in the low 50s. Sunday’s forecast has turned soggier. We’ve increased the chance of rain to 60%. Highs likely struggle to 50.
