Forecast Discussion:

Quiet weather builds in for the overnight. Expect mostly cloudy skies and lows in the low to mid 50s.

Another round of showers is likely Wednesday, but the severe threat is a bit lower at this time. The chance of rain is around 40% near and north of Binghamton and around 60% south. Highs will be in the 60s to around 70. Please check the forecast for any changes to the severe weather threat.

Scattered showers and the chance of thunder return again Thursday. The precipitation chance is 60%. Highs will be in the low 70s. High pressure builds in for Friday and we should be treated to lots of sun with highs around 70. A cold front will try to cross the area later in the day Saturday, so we’ve inserted a 20% chance of some rain later in the day. The first half of the day looks dry and pleasant with highs near 73.

A few showers could linger Sunday with a weaker cold front possibly bringing a few showers to us. Monday and Tuesday are quiet with highs near 70.
