Ponies lose offensive shootout in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG (WBNG) – On Tuesday the Senators knocked off Binghamton, 9-8 in an offense filled game.

Binghamton jumped out to the 5-0 lead but couldn’t hold it down. This is the Ponies fourth straight lose and third by just one run.

The Senators scored seven runs in the fifth inning and nine unanswered runs total. Barrett Barnes finished 2-5 with the homer and two RBI’s in the loss.

Harrisburg – 9 (36-21), Binghamton – 8 (30-22)

The Ponies continue their series with the Senators tomorrow night from FNB field with first pitch at 6:30 p.m.
