Police find body in Susquehanna River, believed to be missing Endicott man

ENDICOTT (WBNG) — Endicott Police say a body was located in the Susquehanna River Monday morning. Police say they believe it is the missing Endicott man who was last seen in the early morning hours of Tuesday June 25.

Police say the body was found around 10:45 a.m. about a quarter of a mile from the Grippen Park boat launch.

They say the body was discovered by forest rangers of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, July 2nd where a positive identification will be made, police say.

Police say no other information is being released at this time.
