Pair charged with conspiring to damage vehicles in Triangle

TRIANGLE (WBNG) — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office says a man and woman from Cortland County are facing multiple charges after two vehicles were damaged at a home in the town of Triangle.

According to deputies, 22-year-old Mark Kemmerer and 22-year-old Jennifer Campbell are accused of conspiring together to damage two vehicles belonging to the victim.

The sheriff’s office says the damage totals $3,897.65.

Kemmerer and Campbell were each charged with the following:

  • Two counts, criminal mischief, second degree, class D felony
  • Two counts, criminal mischief, third degree, class E felony
  • Two counts, conspiracy, fifth degree, class A misdemeanor

Deputies say the defendants were released after their arraignment.
