Forecast Discussion:
Temperatures continue dropping tonight and icy spots will develop on untreated surfaces. Lows drop into the upper teens to mid 20s under variable cloudy to clear skies. Winds increase a bit toward morning.

Blustery and cold weather arrives Friday. Some lake snow showers will linger with highs in the low 30s. Additional snow accumulations in lake snow bands could be a Trace-1”. Gusts could reach 30mph. Chills will be in the teens. Overnight lows into Saturday morning drop to the teens. Low to mid 30s and a sunshine and cloud mix is on tap for Saturday. Sunday temps moderate back to near 40; but still below average for the time of month. A few snow showers are possible early in the day. Monday highs will drop back into the upper 30s.

We’re keeping a close eye on the potential of a more significant snow Monday into Tuesday morning as a low pressure could move through the Mid-Atlantic. Wednesday and Thursday highs will be below average in the upper 20s to low 30s.
