BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – Downtown Binghamton’s Washington Street transformed into a winter wonderland for the 3rd annual Ivory Christmas.
Sparkling lights, decorated trees, and pianos lined the block for the festive celebration which featured musical performances from ensembles including SRO Production Carolers and The Flute Studio of Binghamton.
“They’re brave. Its cold and they’re doing really good,” Francis McDonald said of the performers. “It’s my first time, it’s nice and I like all the lights and decorations.”
The night also included pictures with Santa and a Toys for Tots collection.
“It’s great to see people give back to the community, to neighbors and friends,” said Allie Westbrook.
