‘Convoy of Hope’ to make stop at Binghamton University, make donations to children

The Convoy of Hope will visit Binghamton University from 2:30 to 3:05 p.m. Saturday.

VESTAL (WBNG) -- The Convoy of Hope will make a stop at stop at Binghamton University Saturday afternoon to benefit "thousands" of local residents and non-profit organizations.

The convoy is made up of U.S. Marine Corps Reserve volunteers and Dunkin' franchisees that travel across New York State to deliver coats and toys to children and their families.

The convoy will be at Binghamton University Lot C from 2:30 to 3:05 p.m.

Dunkin' has donated $30,000 for the purchasing of the toys and coats that will be handed off to the children.

After leaving Binghamton University, the Convoy of Hope says it will make a "special" stop in Bainbridge.
