Children sent home with parents after rollover bus crash in Candor

CANDOR (WBNG) -- State Police say the Candor School District has been notified on the incident.

They believe the roll over was due to the weather.


12:27 P.M. UPDATE:

CANDOR (WBNG) -- New York State Police say only two children were on the bus when it rolled over Thursday morning on Brink Road.

Both have been sent home with their parents, authorities told 12 News.

State Police say one child had a "very small" laceration on their finger. The two children were 11 and 10-years-old.

The driver of the vehicle is okay, they say.

The crash remains under investigation.


CANDOR (WBNG) -- Emergency officials are responding to a report of a school bus rollover on Brink Road in the town of Candor.

Dispatchers tell 12 News State Police are on the scene.
