A third fire breaks out on Charlotte Street Sunday morning

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- The Binghamton Fire Department responded to a fire on 25 Charlotte St. after responding to two on Saturday.

The department tells 12 News that they were dispatched to 25 Charlotte Street for a third time early Sunday morning.

Officials said they arrived at 1:47 a.m. to a fire on the front of the third floor of the building. The building was completely evacuated and nobody got hurt.

The crew tells 12 News the building is uninhabitable and depending on the assessment of the damage, it could be torn down or rebuilt.

This comes after the Binghamton Fire Department responded to two fires on Saturday.

Officials told 12 News that there were no injuries from those fires. The cause of these three fires are under investigation.
