State added, Delaware, D.C. removed from N.Y. quarantine list

(WBNG) -- Rhode Island has been added to New York's two-week quarantine list and Delaware and Washington D.C. have removed.

Quarantine applies to any state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents or a state with a 10 percent or higher positivity rate over a seven-day-rolling average.

Anyone traveling to New York from a state on the list must self-quarantine for two weeks.
