(WBNG) -- On Tuesday, the Broome County Health Department released two public health statements after learning about two people who tested positive for the coronavirus after visiting different restaurants.
The health department says someone who visited Consol's Family Kitchen on Oak Hill Avenue in Endicott tested positive for the virus.
If you were at Consol's on Sept. 25 between 6:15 and 8:30 p.m., the department asks that you self quarantine until Oct. 10.
Additionally, the health department says someone who visited Jonathan's Restaurant on Hooper Road tested positive.
If you were at Jonathan's on Sept. 23 from 8 to 10 p.m., or Sept 24. from 4 to 11 p.m., the department asks you to self-quarantine until Oct. 8 or 9 respectfully.
The health department released these statements the same day the county recorded a record-breaking number of active coronavirus cases.
