(WBNG) -- Starting Thursday, domestic travelers coming to New York will no longer have to quarantine.
This applies to travelers coming from another state or from a United States territory.
Governor Andrew Cuomo's Office still recommends quarantining as a precaution for people traveling.
However, those coming to New York from outside of the country will still be required to quarantine and must fill out a health form.
People exposed to COVID-19 are also still required to self-isolate.
