(WBNG) -- According to an indictment filed in Broome County Court, a Town of Dickinson man is accused of plotting murders and kidnappings.

The indictment says Harold M. Cole plotted two murders and two kidnappings against four separate people in exchange for $1,000 and "the defendant's servitude to the Aryan Brotherhood."

In February, the Broome County Sheriff's Office says it charged Cole with the felonies of two counts of grand conspiracy in the second degree and two counts of grand conspiracy in the fourth degree.
