BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- The Broome County District Attorney's Office told 12 News Harold M. Cole, 48, was found guilty on all charges Thursday afternoon.

In February, Cole was charged with two counts of conspiracy in the second degree for a murder-for-hire plot and two counts of conspiracy in the fourth degree for trying to get someone to kidnap two women. The charges are felonies.

The charges of conspiracy in the second degree carry a potential sentence of up to 25 years in prison. Sentencing for Cole is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2021.

Cole was in jail when he was charged with the four conspiracy charges. He was in the Broome County Correctional Facility because he himself was previously arrested on kidnapping charges.
