BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force said they arrested a man in possession of crack cocaine and a revolver.
Authorities said Marquis Morgan, 27, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home on Oak Street in Binghamton.
Police said he was in possession of 5.2 grams of crack cocaine, the revolver and drug packaging materials.
Morgan faces the following charges:
- Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony.
- Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.
- Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony.
- Criminally using drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
Morgan was arrested on Wednesday in Binghamton City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
