WAVERLY (WBNG) — Village of Waverly officials say an Owego man has been arrested early Tuesday morning after police found him in possession of drugs during a traffic stop.
Authorities say they arrested 42-year-old Dan Perry at around 3 a.m. in Waverly. They say he has been charged with two felonies and four misdeameanors.
Officials say he was in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, drug scales, and drug packaging materials. Perry was the driver of the vehicle and was arrested without incident.
The passenger of the car was issued an appearance ticket and charged with two misdemeanors and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

- CPCS 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree (two counts – all 3 misdemeanors).
- Misdemeanor Aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
- Perry was arraigned in the Village of Waverly Justice Court and taken to the Tioga County Jail to await further legal action. No bail was set.
