BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — A man who pleaded guilty last month to two counts of criminal possession of a substance was sentenced Thursday in Broome County Court.

Marlon Graham, 37, was given 15 years in state prison and five years of parole for possessing meth and fentanyl, according to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.

Graham and co-defendant Johnnah DeGraw were arrested on Nov. 30 when the Broome County Special Investigations Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 62 1/2 Wheeler Street in Deposit.

DeGraw was sentenced last month to 12 years in prison for her role in the drug distribution network.

Prosecutors say approximately $25,000 and a 2005 Acura were seized as proceeds or instruments of the crime.
