TIOGA (WBNG) — A man from the town of Tioga is accused of firing a gun at two pickup trucks during an argument.
Troopers arrested 21-year-old Jacob Latier on the morning of October 29. State police say Latier intentionally shot two pickup trucks at a residence on Campbell Hill Road in the town of Tioga during a domestic dispute.
Latier is charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was arraigned in the town of Owego and sent to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
