BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — A 31-year-old woman will spend more than a decade behind bars in connection to a November 2018 drug raid in Deposit, according to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.

The district attorney’s office says Johnnah DeGraw pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal possession of a controlled substance in exchange for 12 years in state prison and five years of parole.

DeGraw and co-defendant Marlon Graham were arrested on Nov. 30 when the Broome County Special Investigations Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 62 1/2 Wheeler Street in Deposit.

According to the plea, DeGraw possessed 39.6 ounces of heroin. She’ll be formally sentenced on March 28.

Prosecutors said Graham pleaded guilty last week to criminal possession of a controlled substance for meth and fentanyl and will receive 15 years in prison when he’s sentenced in May, according to the DA’s office.
