Two men arrested after cocaine, fentanyl, other drugs found in Endicott

ENDICOTT (WBNG) — Two people have been arrested after drugs, including heroin, cocaine, suboxone and fentanyl were found in Endicott.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says it arrested two people during a drug raid at 307 Adams Ave. in Endicott.

Investigators say they found heroin, cocaine, suboxone, and fentanyl during the raid.

Ernest Rodriguez, 54, and Warren Goguen, 37, who both live at that address in Endicott were arrested.

Rodriguez faces the following charges:

  • Criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.
  • Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies.
  • Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, class A misdemeanors.
  • Two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, class A misdemeanors.

Goguen faces the following charges:

  • Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies.
  • Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony.
  • Two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, class A misdemeanors.

Both were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.

Broome County remains under a State of Emergency declared on March 27th in connection to overdose deaths.
