Broome County: 4,519

Chenango County: 250

Tioga County: 2,131

Delaware County: 1,592

(WBNG) — Thousands across the Southern Tier are without power, according to NYSEG’s website.

Numbers are going down. 3,595 customers in Broome County are without power, 1,237 in Delaware County, 801 in Tioga County, and 290 in Chenango County,

A 12 News crew has seen several trees down across the area.


3:08 A.M. UPDATE

(WBNG) — 4,607 customers in Broome County are without power, according to NYSEG’s website.

Of those impacted, more than 1,400 are town of Union residents and 1,002 in the town of Chenango.

NYSEG is also reporting that more than 600 customers are without power in Tioga County and more than 300 in Delaware County.


(WBNG) — Thousands in Broome County are without power Monday morning due to heavy storms, according to NYSEG.

As of 2:08 a.m., NYSEG is reporting 3,336 customers in Broome County are without power. 1,403 of those are in the town of Union, 849 in the town of Chenango, and 687 in Conklin.
