Broome-Tioga Workforce hosts another mini-job fair

ENDICOTT (WBNG) — Job seekers from around the Southern Tier gathered in Endicott on Tuesday afternoon, looking to take the next step in their careers.

The fair was held at Our Lady of Good Council Parish, with dozens of local employers in attendance.

Those in attendance included Lourdes, Dicks Sporting Goods, Walmart, Willow Run Foods, and many more.

The fair, like the many others Broome-Tioga Workforce hosts, is an effort to fill thousands of vacant jobs in our area by bringing job seekers and employers together in one place.

The next career fair hosted by Broome-Tioga Workforce will be held Thursday, September 12th at the Tioga Career Center in Owego. That fair will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
