JOHNSON CITY (WBNG) — The Johnson City Police Department says one person is facing a felony drug charge following an arrest made on the evening of Nov. 3.

The police department says 21-year-old Lindsey M. Brown of Windsor was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony.

They say officers responded to a report of a “passed-out female” in a vehicle in a parking lot at 560 Harry L Dr.

Police say Brown had to be woken up and appeared to be disoriented.

Authorities noted Brown was in possession of cocaine and methamphetamine as well as a digital scale.

Police say Brown was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

The Johnson Police Department says Brown was transported to central arraignment and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
