HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS) — The first bill to legalize recreational marijuana across Pennsylvania is being introduced in the state house.

Democratic Representative Jake Wheatley says if passed, the measure would raise $580 million for the state.

He said it also includes a number of justice reforms helping those in jail.

Next week, Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman will kick off a state wide tour to receive input for legalizing recreational marijuana.
