BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – With more businesses opening up, more jobs become available, adding to the thousands of job openings throughout the area.

The Broome-Tioga Workforce is looking to help fill those jobs, holding another career fair at their Front Street location.

Many local employers attended, including Raymond, Birnie Bus, and CSG Hemp, all offering a wide array of jobs.

Organizers say these job fairs not only assist job seekers, but also employers. They say in some cases they are desperate to fill openings.

They really just need good, reliable, and qualified individuals. they will train them in the technical part of the job. they just need people who are interested in working and working well,” said Broome-Tioga Workforce Contract Specialist Rebecca Harris.

Broome-Tioga Workforce’s next job fair will be held on September 10 at Our Lady of Good Council Parish in Endicott.

They ask those interested to bring several copies of your resume.
