B-Devils drop last home game of season

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – In the final home game of the 2018-2019 season the B-Devils fell to Laval, 4-3 in overtime.

The B-Devils announced team awards before the game and Nathan Bastian was given team MVP.

It was a quiet first period but with under five minutes to play John Quenneville found Blake Pietila to give Binghamton the 1-0 lead. The two would would trade two goals a piece in the second and Binghamton took its 3-2 lead into the final frame.

Laval would go on to tie the game late and finish it in overtime.

Final score: Binghamton (28-40-7-0) – 3, Laval (30-34-6-6) – 4

Binghamton will wrap up the 2018-2019 season tomorrow afternoon in Wilkes/Barre. Puck drop is set for 3 p.m
