High pressure will approach from the west, but that will give us a brisk northwest wind. With the wind and cold, we’ll have lake effect snow showers in the forecast. Winds diminish tonight with partly cloudy to mostly clear skies. It will be frigid with record low temperatures.
We’ll be quiet Saturday as the high passes through. Winds will turn southerly on the back of the high.
Another low/front dropping in from the north will give us snow showers Sunday. A low will develop along this front. This could give us some snow Monday and into Tuesday. As the low moves out, we’ll be cold and windy Wednesday with lingering snow showers. Cold weather hangs around Thursday.
